LIFELONG LEARNING COURSES – CAREER CENTRE
The Faculty of Business and Tourism Budva, under the patronage and financial support of the European Commission and the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, and within the project: "Youth, women and long-term unemployed in the labor market" has developed four lifelong learning programs, i.e. permanent education for line and middle management in the hospitality industry and tourism.
Those are the following programs:

Food and Beverage management training program (F&B management)
Partners in this project are: TO Rozaje, RTO Kolasin, "Vila Jelka" Kolasin, AZ Budva, HRP Budva, Hotel "Mediteran" Budva and MHA Budva.
Education for three courses (without housekeeping management course) starts at the Faculty on May 25, 2017.
In order to provide successful realization and continuity of the program, according to the project principles, within the faculty is formed the Centre for Lifelong Learning - FBT CAREER CENTRE Budva. It is made up of: the FBT student services and the leaders of individual education programs.

Tourist guide course
The aim of the course is to train future tour guides to conduct tourism management activities. Target group are not only high school graduates of appropriate orientation or practical experience, but also students and alumni who lack practical knowledge and skills in order to become competitive on the labor market, and especially for tourism management activities.
Upon completion of this course, candidates are ready to perform the following positions: tourist guide, tourist companion, owner and manager of tourist guide agency, tour operator, etc.

Reception management course
The aim of the course is to enable future employees in the hospitality industry to manage the facilities that provide accommodation services, primarily reception facilities; The target group are not only high school graduates of appropriate orientation or practical experience, but also students and alumni who lack practical knowledge and skills to become competitive in the labor market.
Upon completion of this course, candidates are ready to perform the following positions: Accommodation manager, reception manager, reception manager assistant, concierge, and assistant manager in all listed positions.

F&B management course
The aim of the course is to enable future employees in the hospitality industry to manage the facilities that provide food and beverage services; Target groups are not only high school graduates of appropriate orientation or practical experience, but also students and alumni who lack practical knowledge and skills to become competitive in the labor market.
Upon completion of this course, candidates are ready to perform the following positions: restaurant manager, manager of the bar, F&B sector manager and manager of other facilities where food and beverages are served, as well as assistant manager in all listed types of facilities.

Housekeeping management course
The aim of the course is to enable future employees in the hospitality industry to manage household management in facilities that provide accommodation services; Target groups are not only high school graduates of appropriate orientation or practical experience, but also students and alumni who lack practical knowledge and skills to become competitive in the labor market.
Upon completion of this course, candidates are ready to perform the following positions: housekeeping manager, main housekeeper, laundry manager, housekeeping supervisor and assistant manager in all listed positions.

Students - Enrolment requirements
- Direct enrolment: Four year secondary school with major in tourism, hospitality and economic or gymnasium with knowledge of English language according to the program of secondary schools;
- Conditional enrolment: other four year secondary school , with the differential exam (math, English) depending on the type of the school;
- For enrolment in the third year: graduates of Algonquin College and other higher hotel and tourism schools, with possible differential exams.
- For specialist postgraduate studies: Bachelor of management in tourism and hospitality and Bachelor of management or economics, with the differential exams depending on the structure of the program.
- For master postgraduate studies: Specialist of management in tourism and hospitality and Bachelor of management or economics, with the differential exams depending on the structure of the program.
Documentation required for enrolment to undergraduate studies:
- A copy of an ID card or passport;
- Certificate of completion for each year of four year secondary school and a diploma (originals or certified copies);
- 2 passport size photos;
- For foreign citizens it is necessary to validate a diploma;
- To enroll in the third year it is necessary to provide a transcript of grades and a diploma of a two-year studies (originals or certified copies).
Documentation required for enrolment to postgraduate studies:
- A copy of and ID card or passport;
- Diploma and Diploma additions (originals or certified copies);
- 2 passport size photos.
Note:
For the registration on the e-learning system, it is necessary that students have an open adress.Attached is the decision on discounts of tuition fees, as well as competition for student scholarship for academic year 2015/2016.

Postgraduate studies (Spec.Sci)
Postgraduate studies MSc
This postgraduate program is a continuation of the specialist program which was developed in collaboration with leaders in the hospitality and tourism industry and the academic community.
The program is accredited by the Council for Higher Education on July 16, 2014 year. The guiding principle for the establishment of this program is deepening and fostering of research culture among the students decided to research the tourism.
Your career
The program masters degree is made to meet the needs of personnel in key areas of employment such asin education (universities, faculties and high schools - especially where tourism is studied), public administration - national and municipal administrations (especially areas where there are prospects of further development of tourism ), as well as the tourism industry..
Courses
Courses in this program are carried out using different modes of teaching: in the classroom or laboratory, the tourist facility, on-line or in hybrid mode that combines a variety of educational activities.
